Trinity Christian School (TCS) is an independent, K–12, ecumenical Christian school located on a 25-acre campus in Fairfax County, Virginia, just southwest of Washington, D.C. Serving 766 students and supported by approximately 160 faculty and staff, Trinity draws families from more than 100 churches and 60 zip codes across the greater D.C. metropolitan area. As the school celebrates its 40th anniversary, Trinity remains deeply committed to its mission to educate students to the glory of God by pursuing excellence for mind and heart.

Trinity’s Upper School serves approximately 374 students in grades 7–12 and combines a strong college-preparatory academic program with intentional Christian formation, robust student support, athletics, fine arts, and a highly relational faculty culture. Trinity earned National Blue Ribbon status in both 2019 and 2025 and is accredited by Cognia, the Middle States Association, and the Virginia Council for Private Education. The school also holds Candidate status with the Council for Educational Standards and Accountability (CESA).

The Upper School Principal Opportunity

Trinity Christian School is seeking an experienced and relational administrative leader to serve as its Upper School Principal and lead a division already built on significant strength. The academic program is well established, the faculty culture is healthy, and school leadership has invested intentionally in the people, systems, and support structures surrounding the role. The next Principal will provide leadership across academics, faculty development, student life, and family engagement while working closely with the Head of School and senior leadership team.

The opportunity comes at an important time in Trinity’s development. Demand for enrollment already exceeds available seats, and the school has acquired additional land near campus as part of its long-term plans for growth. The incoming Upper School Principal will help prepare the division for that future while protecting the strong culture, academic quality, Christian formation, and sense of community that distinguish Trinity today.
