Ben Lippen School Houseparents
Ben Lippen International Student Program is seeking houseparents for middle/high school boys for the 2026-2027 school year.
Responsibilities
Houseparents will serve as surrogate parents for 14 middle/high school boys in an on-campus house. This is a lifestyle position with great opportunities for ministry. Houseparents are expected to provide for the fullest spiritual, intellectual, and social development of boarding students in the care of Ben Lippen School. Houseparents will cooperate with the other houseparents in organizing social activities for boarding students, providing transportation on school vehicles for boarding students for a variety of activities and monitor/assist the boarding students with their academic progress.
Qualifications
- Married couple required; husband and wife should each submit a separate application.
- Experience working with high school aged students, especially international high school aged students, is desired.
- Willingness to participate fully in the resident life of a boarding school is required.
- College degree preferred, high school diploma required.
