Job Title: Upper School Principal
Reports To: President and Head of School
The Upper School Principal is responsible for the operation of the Upper School and for formulating policy, direction, and plans in collaboration with other members of the campus administration. The Upper School Principal selects and evaluates personnel, supervises students, serves on committees, and provides support and resources to staff. As the administrative and instructional leader, the Upper School Principal provides leadership in the operation and growth of Fort Worth Christian School and establishes and maintains a caring, productive, Christ-centered environment for students and faculty.
