Human Resources Manager (Part-time, 25 hours weekly)
Christian Heritage School is seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to oversee and administer all core human resources functions within a mission-driven educational environment. Reporting to the Director of Finance and working collaboratively with the Head of School and senior leadership, this role is responsible for recruitment and staffing, benefits administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, policy development, and compliance with state and federal employment regulations.
The Human Resources Manager serves as a key resource to leadership, ensuring consistent application of policies, accurate HR records, and adherence to employment laws while supporting a professional, respectful, and Christ-centered workplace culture aligned with the school’s mission and values.
