Advancement & Development Associate (Part-time, 20 hours weekly)
Christian Heritage School seeks an Advancement & Development Associate who is a committed Christian professional with a heart for Christ-centered education and relationship-driven philanthropy. Working alongside the Director of Advancement and school leadership, this individual will support donor and alumni engagement, stewardship, grant development, and fundraising initiatives while representing the school with professionalism, warmth, and integrity aligned with its biblical mission.
This position is designed with long-term growth in mind and may expand in scope over time to support the continuity and sustainability of Christian Heritage School’s advancement efforts. The Advancement & Development Associate will help ensure a thoughtful transition of relationships, systems, and institutional knowledge in support of the school’s ongoing donor engagement and fundraising work.
