Pay Range: $4000 - $4500 DOE

The Girl’s Flag Football Coach at Arrowhead Christian will be, first and foremost, a follower of God, who models for the young women in the program a deep love for Jesus Christ and a faith that will be lived out in practice by their daily witness and their implementation of building into the spiritual formation of the players through the sport.

Professionally speaking, the coach will provide the necessary practice, support, and supervision of the football program while using existing expertise in the sport.  The coach’s responsibilities will include planning and leading all training sessions, providing motivation and direction during gameplay, developing game plans, as well as hiring and managing assistant coaches.  The coach will be able to identify the individual abilities of each player and provide one-to-one coaching wherever required.  To be successful as a football coach, the coach should demonstrate great love for he game and be able to ensure good sportsmanship in the players.  Outstanding candidates are highly motivated, committed, disciplined, patient, and ready to compete at the highest level.

As 2026 will be the inaugural season of Girl’s Flag Football, Arrowhead Christian is searching for a candidate that can assist in the process of starting the program, including selecting and purchasing new equipment and uniforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Profess a personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord

  • Maintain a positive Christian testimony

  • Involved in a local church of like faith and practice, consistent with the RCS Statement of Faith

  • Agree with and adhere to the employee handbook
