The ideal candidate is a dedicated follower of Jesus Christ with a passion for AI and STEM education. If you are excited by the intersection of faith, technology, and hands-on learning—and are eager to explore innovative and emerging fields like AI and robotics within a Biblically-rooted framework—we invite you to apply.

Our mission is to uphold Biblical truth, ignite academic growth, and inspire courageous leadership, one student at a time. This role is central to that mission.

  • Program Growth: Lead the expansion of the STEM program, with a long-term goal of creating a cohesive and integrated curriculum for grades 6-12.

    • Disciple Students: Model a vibrant Christian faith and integrate a Biblical worldview into all aspects of teaching and mentorship, encouraging students to see their technical skills as a means to serve God and their community.
    • Staff Training: Provide training and coaching around both staff and students' use of AI as a learning tool
  • Co-Curricular and Extracurricular Support: Supervise and support students’ participation in Career Technical Student Organizations. This could include continuing existing activities, like VEX Robotics, or expanding offerings through an organization like Technical Student Association (TSA).
