The Technology Support Aide manages the Grand Rapids Christian High School (GRCHS) Help Desk on Fridays, providing responsive technology service and support for staff and students, and supporting the repair of district technology devices. On non-school days, the Help Desk Support Specialist assists with district-wide technology needs.
