We are seeking a full-time History & English Faculty member to join our team beginning in the 2025–26 school year beginning in August 2025. This 10-month faculty position includes a competitive benefits package with school-provided housing.

Primary Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Flexibility to teach multiple classes in English, History, or Humanities at the middle and high school levels
  • High energy and enthusiasm for working with adolescents, and strong ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency with educational technology and ability to integrate AI thoughtfully into classroom instruction
  • Willingness to contribute to residential school life, including evening and weekend duties, coaching, chaperoning, study hall supervision, and community meals

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, History, Education, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • A vibrant and demonstrable Christian faith, committed to mentoring students spiritually and intellectually within a Christian worldview
