Assistant Head of Lower School

Delaware County Christian School is seeking a dedicated and collaborative leader to assist the Head of the Lower School with administrative, instructional, and student life functions. This role will support the educational needs of lower school students while helping carry out the school’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership, Student Life & Discipline, Instruction & Programs, Scheduling & Events, Student Support & Crisis Management, Administrative Support:

Qualifications:

• Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and solid understanding of the Word of God.
• Master’s degree in Administration, Leadership, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in teaching or administration (Principal certification preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
