Head of School

The Head of School is the Chief Executive Officer, academic leader, and spiritual leader of the school,

reporting to both the Ben Lippen School Board and Provost of CIU. As CEO, the Head of School

works in close collaboration with the School Board and the BLS Administrative Team to provide

overall leadership and direction for the school. The Head of School is expected to build upon the

existing strengths of the school and to provide strategic, visionary leadership as the school enters the

next phase of its development.
