Chief Advancement Officer

The Chief Advancement Officer is a creative, systems-oriented, and entrepreneurial fundraising professional who provides daily management of all Fellowship Christian School fundraising and related Development programs, including annual giving, alumni relations, donor relations, planned gifts, prospect research, and support services. S/he also oversees the strategy and implementation of Admission, Marketing, and Communication in support of the larger Advancement goals in support of Fellowship’s Mission and Vision. S/he reports to the Head of School and in consultation will develop and implement a structured and formalized approach to Advancement leadership, relationship management, and a robust major gifts program. S/he also provides vital support to the Head of School serving on the Head’s executive leadership team.
