Beginner/Intermediate Strings Teacher
Part Time, Exempt
Reports to: Director of Fine Arts
Education/Experience Required/Preferred: A four-year degree is preferred. Experience in teaching strings and/or music is preferred. 

Pay Rate: $48 /1 hour of instruction

General Responsibilities 

Under the supervision of The Director of Fine Arts, the Beginner/Intermediate Strings teacher is responsible for the instruction of private string lesson students (Elementary-High School). Instructor also prepares each student for 2 recitals per year (December and May). Instruments include: violin, viola, cello, bass. 

Salary

  • Private Lessons - $48 / 1 hour of instruction

Hours

This part-time position has varying hours throughout the school year. In general, hours will be before or after school, as determined by the teacher and students.

This position reports directly to the Fine Arts Director.
